CanadianPay.com will always try and work with you the customer in assisting to make repayment on a late or delinquent loan, should a payment be missed or returned. A Non-Sufficient Funds charge of $25 will be added to the account for any returned payments as well as an interest charge of 30% per annum. Canadianpay Inc. reserves the right to use 3rd party collection agencies or even civil litigation should an account continue to be in default or delinquent.
